What this room is for

A guided appraisal: identify the work, agree the comparable basis, read a range with its confidence stated in words — and a basis frozen with its retrieval date, so the result can be reproduced rather than merely repeated.

Why it is empty

The method exists on paper and nowhere else. market.comparables.v1 is written in full — including the rule that several comparables drawn from the same source chain share an independence group and count as one — but writing a method contract is not implementing it.
