Withdraw from your Market subscription

You can withdraw from a Market subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. If you asked for Market to start straight away, you pay only for the days used up to your withdrawal, in proportion to the monthly price, and the rest is refunded to your card within 14 days.

After 14 days, cancel from your account instead (Account, then Manage billing): the subscription stops at the end of the month already paid. Eye+ is withdrawn from or cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings.

You can also withdraw by email, to legal@artmetria.com, or by any other clear statement. The Terms of Sale give a model form.
